PAVILLON LOUVRE RIVOLI
As the world has gone through an unprecedented crisis, our thoughts are with those who have been directly affected by the virus, as well as with medical teams and front line workers who work every day with courage and dedication. During this difficult time we have concentrated our efforts on new solidarity actions, such as offering our Parisian hotels to welcome hospital staff and all those in need. This has been a 100% voluntary approach, in solidarity with our restauration partners, who are equally affected by the crisis.
We have also updated our reservation and cancellation policy in order to provide you with as much flexibility as possible. You can contact our hotel teams directly if you need more information about your booking :

In addition, we are re-inventing your future visits by putting in place a new hospitality approach, new sanitary processes, and new social distancing measures. In order to limit the risks of contamination, the rooms are cleaned only after check-out with new bio-cleaning protocols including the use of dry steam cleaners which eliminate 99.9% of bacteria.
In compliance with the sanitary pass mandatory since 1.08.21 in France, the access to our catering and social spaces will be subject to the presentation of a valid health pass. To find out more about these new measures, visit the Government's website or download the TousAntiCovid Verified application on Google Play or the App Store.
Now more than ever, we would like to thank you for your trust and loyalty, and we remain available at any time to answer any questions you may have.
We sincerely hope to see you very soon in one of our hotels in Paris, Saint-Tropez or Marrakech!
